Write Dialogue
Allows the caster to add a line of dialogue to the script and potentially force a character in the scene to speak the written line.
Tier III - Fourth Wall Break
You use some kind of writing implement to write in a book, device or on any surface. Whatever line you write for a target character is spoken by them on their next turn.

Effect: You use some kind of writing implement to write in a book, device or on any surface. Whatever line you write for a target character is spoken by them on their next turn. The line cannot exceed a length of more than 21 Words.
Target a creature with the capacity for speech within Range. That Creature must Roll a Wisdom Saving throw, the DC is equal to the Breaker’s Break(Spell) Save DC +2.
If they Fail the Saving Throw they are forced to say whatever line the Breaker has written on their next Turn.
This can include Spells if the target character is a Spellcaster, but is limited to any Spell the Breaker has heard the Caster Perform within the last Minute(6 Rounds) and the Caster must have the Mana to cast that Spell and the Spell cannot be Overpowered.
If they Pass the Saving Throw they are unaffected.
Overpower : The Breaker can spend an additional Power Pool Point to increase the Range of this Break by +2 Meters,
Or increase the DC for this casting of this Break by +2.
