You draw a summoning circle on the floor next you before reciting a dark prayer.
Effect: Designate an unoccupied adjacent space. A Sentient Devil of level 4 or lower appears in that space and begins acting immediately after the caster in initiative. The Devil Persists until the end of its next turn or until this Invocation is no longer being Sustained. During their turn, the caster can issue commands to the Devil such as: “attack that person”, “follow them”, “wait here”,”cast this invocation that you know”, “go get that”, “tie them up”, “purchase this list of provisions with this currency” etc. The Devil is forced to perform these commands to the letter but will always seek to twist the words of their summoner to suit their own wishes and desires.
Sustaining: While the caster is sustaining this Invocation for extended periods of time the devil may, once every 12 hours, make a Wisdom Saving Throw to attempt to break free of the caster’s control. The DC is equal to the Spell Save DC for this instance of the Invocation.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Faith to Overpower this Invocation and increase the Level of the Summoned Devil by 1,
Or increase the Max Armor of the Summoned Devil by 10,
Or Increase the Max HP of the Summoned Devil by 5.
