Description
Resembling a cross between a human and a goat, Satyrs have goat-like horns on the tops of their heads and long velvety lamb ears. Other than that their top halves are indistinguishable from any other humanoid. Their lower halves resemble that of a goat with split hooves and short tails. They can have various skin and fur combinations depending on their region of origin. Their eyes are typically shades of green, blue and brown.
Society
Little is known about satyr societies. Surely they cannot spend ALL of their time frolicking in meadows?

Meadowood Satyrs developed in forests and meadows and have made specific adaptations to that environment. Like all satyrs, they can speak with animals. They are also exceptional at spotting creatures and avoiding detection in wooded environments. Meadowood satyrs typically have darker or more tan skin tones and blonde, black, brown or red hair. Their eyes are often shades of blue, brown and green.

Satyrs have ancestral knowledge of the languages of the animals. All satyrs can speak and be understood by any animal and can understand anything an animal is attempting to communicate. Roll your charm skill to communicate with and befriend animals. The higher the roll the more effective and clear the translated communication will be. Creatures further from natural animals, such as beasts, should be more difficult to communicate with and understand.
