Effect: The caster creates a 2 meter high 1 meter wide Planar Portal to another Dimensional Realm to which they have personally previously been. The portal persists until the end of the caster's next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained.
The portal has a % chance equal to your Spellcasting Modifier x10 of exiting at the desired location in the Realm. Otherwise it is randomly selected by the Narrator. Stepping through the portal allows any creature to instantly traverse the barrier between dimensions in a single Meter of Movement. The caster can close the portal at any time via a motion or reaction.
Closing Portal Hazard: Creatures adjacent to a Closing portal that attempt to travel through via their Reaction must pass a DC 14 DEX Saving Throw. Succeeding Results in successfully traveling through to an unoccupied space. Failing results in loss of limb or life. Creatures that Fail are dealt 6d4+4 Slash Damage and if they are Wounded by this Damage they are considered to have rolled a 10 on the Slash Wound Table.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to Increase the percent chance of exiting at the desired location in the realm by 10%,
Or increase the Range of the spell by 5 Meters,
Or alter the size of the portal opening by plus or minus 1 Meter.
