Description: You send a small amount of Mana to swarm around an item or object.
Effect: Choose a Small or Tiny Reflective unenchanted Item within Range. The chosen object allows creatures to communicate by speaking through the enchanted item using their Motion or Reaction. The communication is audio only. The communication has a maximum Range of 1,000 Kilometers. The enchantment persists for 12 + Spellcasting Modifier Hours.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to enchant 1 additional Item with the same effect,
Or increase the Range of this spell by 100 Kilometers.
Permanency: Casting this spell on the same Item 30 times in 30 days or less allows the enchantment to become permanent. If the enchanter wants to overpower an item permanently they must pay the spell cost plus the overpower cost 30 times in 30 days or less. Contains 1 Contains 1 Charge of the Spell, Recharges a new charge in 6 hours once empty.
