Effect: Until the end of your next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained you generate an invisible two way sound tunnel between yourself and a 10cm area within range.
You can close either end of the sound tunnel at will, at no action cost. You can alter the tone and pitch, echo reverb, wave form or volume of any voice traveling through the tunnel at will, at no action cost. Mage Mouth cannot exceed 70 decibels (unless overpowered), which is not harmful to most humanoids, just very audible.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional mana to increase the range of this spell by 20 Meters, or increase the volume by 20 decibels.
Special: Increasing the volume to 160 Decibels
Or more causes the sound to be Deafening to all creatures within 10 Meters of the sound source while sounding.
