Description: With a flourish you generate an explosion of colorful glitter.
Effect: Designate a 1 Meter Blast Area within Range. All creatures in the Area must pass a Dexterity Saving throw equal to the caster’s Save DC or be Coated in Glitter. Creatures that save are unaffected. The glitter can be removed by being submerged in water. The glitter leaves a trail that requires a DC 10 Survival, Perfection or INvestigation to follow. The glitter reveals Invisible and Chameleon creatures until removed.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional mana to increase the Blast Area of this spell by 1 Meter,
