Effect : The Caster may teleport themselves and their carried possessions up to a Number Kilometers Equal to their Caster Modifier away. The caster needs to be able to clearly see or view their destination in order to successfully Teleport there.
Overpower : The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Range of this Spell by 2 Kilometers, Or the caster can spend 2 additional mana to teleport an additional creature they can touch. If the additional creature is unwilling the caster must Hit the target with a melee attack as part of the casting of this spell.
