Control and influence over the element of Electricity is commonly referred to as Electromancy. While there are various forms of control over various types of electricity, each with their own name, they are are all considered to stem from Electromancy. Simply because one must first learn Electromancy in order to access any of the other elemental abilities related to Electricity.
