Cause a piece of wood to form into a druid’s staff, a powerful and magical weapon in their hands.
Spell Tier | I |
---|---|
Action Type | Action |
Mana Cost | 1 |
Range | 1 Meter |
Requirements | Voice, 1 Free Hand, Tiny or larger piece of woody material |
Sustain | 0+ Mana |
Traits | Audible, Visible |
The caster causes the wood to take the form of their choice, shifting, growing and sprouting where necessary.
Effect: You cause a tiny or larger piece of wood and form it into your druid staff. The staff may take on whatever appearance the caster desires. The Staff functions as a Club Type Weapon that deals 1d10 Blunt Damage. You may cast Spells through your Druid’s Staff. The weapon is considered to be Magical and has the “Enhanced” Enchantment, granting it +1 to Attack and Damage Rolls. You may only ever have 1 Druid’s Staff at any given time. If you cast this spell while you have another intact staff, the first staff reverts to the wood from which it was formed and loses all magic.
Sustaining: Sustaining a non-overpowered version of this spell does not decrease your current Mana Maximum. Instead, each time you overpower this spell the Sustain Cost is increased by 1.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Range of this Spell by 5 Meters,
Or increase the Damage this weapon deals to 1d12 Blunt Damage,
Or add +2 to this weapon’s Attack Rolls,
Or add +2 to this weapon’s Damage Rolls,
Or add +2 to the damage or healing that spells deal or grant when cast through the staff.
