Effect : You Imbue a Wooden Broom, Pole or Staff with the Witches Broomstick Incantation. Until it is Broken, Destroyed or Disenchanted or you Enchant another Broom, this one can Fly and Hover at a Speed Equal to the Casters Spellcasting Modifier +2. The Broom is controlled via a rider’ Movement. Riders of the broom other than the creating witch, must roll a Driving Skill Roll to “tame” the broomstick. After which, they can control the broomsticks' movements normally. The DC is equal to the spellcasters Spell Save DC.
Overpower : The Caster can spend 1 additional Mana to Increase the Witches Broomstick Speed by +2 Meters per Movement.
