You compress your chi and cause it to rapidly vibrate until a burst of flame is generated.
Effect: Make a Ranged or Melee Spell Attack vs a Target within Range. Targets Hit by this Technique are dealt 2d8 + Casting Modifier Burn Damage.
**Special: Flammable and Combustible objects or substances Hit by this Technique are automatically Ignited.
Medium and smaller creatures that are dealt 15 or more points of Burn Damage automatically begin burning for 1d4 Burn Damage at the start of each of their turns. As always a creature can become Soaked or use their Action to End any Burn Damage.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Chi to Overpower this Technique and Increase the Range of this Technique by 5 Meters,
Or Increase this Technique’s Attack Roll by 2,
Or Increase the Damage this Technique deals by 1d6 Burn Damage.
