Creatures that Fail the Saving Throw are dealt 5d8 Holy Damage.
Creatures that Pass the Saving Throw are Dealt half the above Damage.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Chi to Overpower this Technique and increase the Blast Area by 1 Meter,
Or Increase the Range of this technique by 10 Meters,
Or Increase the Save DC for this instance of the Technique by 2,
