Description

Centaurs are large horse-like quadrupeds with a humanoid torso and head extending from where a horse’s neck and head would be. Their origins are mysterious and even centaurs do not know exactly from whence they came. Most believe them to be divine or magical in nature as a perfect split between equine and human physiology is evolutionarily impossible.

Society

Like herds of wild horses many centaurs enjoy a quiet nomadic lifestyle. Moving from one area to the next, never staying anywhere for very long. Others have connected with their human side and enjoy employment as laborers, warriors and mercenaries.
