Description: You form a ball of energy within your closed fist before opening it as visible arcs of electricity can be seen dancing between your fingertips just before they are sent searing through the air towards your target.
Effect: Roll a Ranged Spell Attack vs a single Target within Range.
Hit: This Spell deals 2d8 + Spellcasting Modifier Electrical Damage.
Lightning Blade: The caster can summon a Lightning Blade via a Motion. Lightning Blade deals 1d10 + Spellcasting Modifier Electrical Damage. Once Active, the caster can make melee attacks with the spell weapon via Melee Attacks Actions. They may add their spellcasting modifier + training to attack rolls. The Blade persists until the end of the caster’s next turn or until this spell is no longer being sustained.
Special: Wet/Soaked Creatures are considered to be vulnerable to electrical damage.
