You command a nearby animal to convey your message to the creature bearing your description and they obey.
Effect: While within line of sight of a small or tiny sized animal or insect you may cast this spell using an Action. When you do so, you command the animal or insect to deliver a written or spoken message to a creature within Range(20 Kilometers). Written messages may be any length that could be contained on a single page of parchment or paper. Spoken messages must be 20 words or shorter. The commanded animal is temporarily able to perfectly repeat your words until the message is delivered. The messenger is giving your message based on your description, so it is, unlikely, but possible for your message to be delivered to the wrong recipient.
Overpower: The caster can spend 1 additional Mana to increase the Range of this Spell by 5 Kilometers,
Or send an additional message of the same length to a different recipient through the same animal,
Or add an additional 20 words to a spoken message,
Or send an additional message through a different animal within line of sight.
